Services Includes:

Landscape design service includes :- 

  1. Site layout / floor plan. 

  2. landscape master layout. (Typical line drawing)

  3. Color graphic layout sheet with Zone planning.

  4. Color graphic layout sheet with legends and other details.

There can be additional layouts for Irrigation, Electrical distribution etc.


  • 3D design services: - Preparation of 3D model based on main layout.

  • 3D image rendering as per clients requirements.

  • 3D animation Walkthrough / Flythrough Animation rendering and post production. 

  • Sector compass for Regenerative agriculture systems such as permaculture etc.


Site Landscape is 01 No. individual model, 

In landscape design any building structure will be box with minimal details just to represent that building or Structure.


Any detailed building structure is a separate model and will be charged accordingly.



Prerequisites for making landscape or farm 3D plan.


If plot surface is flat:- 

1) Total area of plot. ( to understand volume of project) 

2) Boundary markup / Google KML file. ( to know working area)

3) Geo Location of site. ( to get climate data and geo location in our system) 

4) Any rough plan or sketch if available. 5) Rough dimension or quantity for livestock shelter to place blocks in layout. If available.

If plot has slop or up down areas then 

4) land topography data.

5) Agricultural design project depends on very much on Climate data :-


Water bodies,

Solar specifications,

Wind data,

Sector compass.


(We can generate topography data but someone on the client's side should validate it before proceeding further or site visit is required to take measurements and visual survey of topography that cost extra.) 


6) Client should prepare a list of specific elements they are willing to add in design.

Make a list of every component you think you might want to include in your whole systems design. For each item on your list, note which of the other components this item could somehow connect to.

2D design services:-

  1. Standard Charge for preparation of Master Plan.

  2. Working Line drawing in A3 Size sheet.

  3. 2D Color Graphic layout in A3 Size up to 3 sheet.

  4. * * Charges for preparation of climate data extra.

3D design services:-

  1. Standard Charge for preparation of Master Plan.

  2. Working Line drawing in A3 Size sheet.

  3. 2D Color Graphic layout in A3 Size up to 3 sheet.

  4. 3D Image rendering up to 5 views.

  5. 3D Animation (depends on clients requirement)

  6. * * Charges for preparation of climate data extra.


Example : - Total project costs around 12500 Per acre onwards. + ( ** Animation cost extra)
** Price depends on complexity of design.


(Any Building or Structure detailed drawing is a separate model and will be charged extra for each)


Payment terms

*Site visit charges depend on Location and Duration of visit.

* 25% of the total amount to be paid in advance to start with the layout stage.

** +50% payment should be made after approval of Layout and prior to 3D modeling.


*** In case of High Quality 3D Animation 80% advance payment should be made after approval of basic animation to start rendering and post production work.

(High Quality Animation rendering takes several attempts, countless amount of time and efforts depending on size and quality of  project)


Design will have 3 revisions free of cost. Any additional revisions will be charged extra as per standard charge of each sheet. 

Any additional work than the original scope of work will be charged extra according to nature of work.
