RS Farmstay design where we tried to implement regenerative agriculture system for our client.

RS Farmstay agroforest design on 10 Acre plot in Ratnagiri, India.

Situated on North facing slop it has various levels of slopes on surface, highest point is South East Land and lowest point is North West. Plot is surrounded by monoculture mango and cashew farm, village road is located at South from where Monsoon water runs of through this plot carrying some levels of toxic chemicals that we don't want directly in our food forest, So we have to slow it down, filter through ridge beds soak in before leaving our plot.

The predominant average hourly wind direction varies throughout the year. The wind is most often from the west for 6.3 months, from the north for 1.9 weeks, from October 11 to October 24 and for 3.4 months, from December 22 to April 3. from the east for 1.9 months, from October 24 to December 22.

The rainy period of the year lasts for 6.5 months, from May to mid November, with a sliding 31-day rainfall of at least 0.5 inches. The month with the most rain in July, with an average rainfall of 24.8 inches. The rainless period of the year lasts for 5.5 months, from mid November to start of May. The month with the least rain in Ratnagiri is March, with an average rainfall of 0.0 inches.

The length of the day varies over the course of the year. the shortest day is December 22, with 11 hours, 7 minutes of daylight; the longest day is June 21, with 13 hours, 9 minutes of daylight. location in Ratnagiri, Maharashtra, India. It's tropical climate.wet season is warm, oppressive, windy, overcast and the dry season is hot, muggy, located close to the equator, making the summers difficult to define and mostly clear over the course of the year.

Soil condition is not so good and degrading due to constant erosion, heavy flow of water during monsoon, chemical usage of neighborhood monoculture farms. In Accommodation we plan to build Mud house cabins, tourist and guests, semi open wood fired kitchen, semi-open dining and living that can be used for conducting classes and various activities. Livestock area for Cow and calf, Goat, Sheep and chickens.
